1. Reservations can be made by phone and via e-mail. We ask for the confirmation of the reservation to pay a sign. The form of Payment of the reservations is by bank transfer or cash. The confirmation of this reservation implies the acceptance of the reservation and cancellation policy.
2. Check in is from 15:00 in the afternoon and check out is until 10:00 in the morning. Late check out is until 18:00 hours and pays 50% of the stay. It is subject to availability.
3. The passenger is responsible for the use of the room, in case of not being delivered in the same state in which it has been received, he will be charged as appropriate. Any request for cancellation must be informed via e-mail to include written documentation of the same. The company's cancellation policy is as follows:
1. From 60 to more days in advance of the day of entry, 50% of the reservation will be retained. The refund of the remaining 50% will be by bank transfer for 15 working days of the acceptance of the cancellation of the reservation by mail. The client may also opt for a transfer of that reservation for another stay that will be valid for one year in which case the percentage computed will be 100% of it subject to conditions of availability of the company.
2. From 30 to 60 days in advance of the day of entry, 75% of the reservation will be retained. The refund of the remaining 25% will be by bank transfer for 15 working days of the acceptance of the cancellation of the reservation by mail. The client may also opt for a transfer of that reservation for another stay that will be valid for one year in which case the percentage computed will be 100% of it subject to conditions of availability of the company.
3. From 0 to 30 days in advance of the day of entry, no sum will be returned for the amount deposited as a reservation and the client will lose any possibility of transferring their dates.
Clarification: We remind customers that our complex rents accommodation and that only the company will recognize the cancellation of reservations by customers not due to adverse weather conditions unless these are emergency and prevent access to our town.
